SoftLedger allows view-only access for your desired users in SoftLedger. Greater user roles and permission, see here, granularity is available, we will focus on view-only in this article.
A great example of a view-only user is when the company or companies are under a financial audit, either internal or external. The SoftLedger customer can grant view-only access to their auditor or audit team as deemed appropriate.
How To
- Create a new User SoftLedger - How do I add a new User?
- Did you reach your maximum users per your subscription? Reach out to support@softledger.com and request a temporary Auditor view only seat license.
- Please note: User can choose to grant permission to one or all entities (locations)
- Select View-Only & Submit
- User will receive notification to access and login SoftLedger
SoftLedger Welcome Email is often flagged by Spam Folders, we recommend following up with the newly added user with the following message
Dear user, we've added you to our Accounting Software, SoftLedger. You should have received an email from the system to engage in the login process. Please note this welcome email is often flagged by SPAM folders, and we recommend checking your spam folder. Please navigate to app.softledger.com or eu-app.softledger.com.
