Description

Create Warehouses to hold physical Inventory Items. Manage your Warehouses from here.

Create Warehouse

Complete all the required fields and click submit. You can also click the down arrow next to the submit button and click 'Submit and New' to open a new blank Warehouse to complete.

Name - Warehouse's name.
Description - Short text field describing the Warehouse.
Location - Location this Warehouse is associated with.
Parent - Optional, indicate if there is a parent Warehouse.
Address - Warehouse address, used on Purchase Orders. (Begin entering the address in Line 1 and see suggestions to auto-complete address. Ignore Default toggle)

This Parent-Child relationship only goes to one level of depth. Meaning one warehouse can have many children, but it does not know about possible grandchildren.

Warehouse Individual Actions

Warehouse Detail - Click the Warehouse Number to view extra details about the Warehouse.
Edit - Update Warehouse fields.
Delete - Delete this Warehouse (could fail if another object is using this).

Warehouse Table Actions

Filters - Filter what appears in the table based on one or more fields available in the table.
Saved Views - You can create a set of filters that you would like to save to be able to quickly filter a table.
Column Selector - Hide and reveal extra columns and the number of rows visible in the table per page.
Export - Table data can be exported using the export button at the top of the table.
